- Separated Platform and Compiler Dependent Behaviour into CMake scripts

- Implemented Basic Platform Interfaces
 - Implemented partial Linux platform and Wayland Display.
 - Implemented Dependencies for the above
   - map
     - set
       - optional
     - pair
